FuseBOX, Oakland

This place was easy to miss, though they supposedly had a loyal following.

This was the only restaurant sign.

They had a courtyard, but wanted more interior space for the colder months.

Got two orders of the FuseBOX KFC (Korean Fried Chicken), which was really good.

Bacon wrapped enoki with miso butter

Dengaku brussel sprouts with miso grilling paste

Naked pig pork belly with salted shrimp and hot mustard

Chicken Trio: chicken oysters tare, koji, and tsukudani

All the food here was really good. I’d definitely get the chicken wings and naked pig if the restaurant opens up again. Unfortunately, they closed last April.
