Kagarazaka Sushi Academy, Shinjuku

An all-you-can-eat (time-based) sushi house that is good. Better than other all-you-can-eat sushi places I went to.

I appreciate the attention to detail for the restaurant entrance experience.

The star of the show! Wagyu beef in some sort of lightly sweet sauce. I think this dish alone was ~¥5000 or so. I’m salivating just posting this; next time I’m here I think I’ll eat four of these by myself.

I struggled with balancing under- vs. over-cooking the meat. It’s pretty thin. Fortunately, it’s good either way.

Someday I’d like to be able to slice a lemon this thin.

A sweet ending; green tea ice cream.
